An OPEX-operating expense model offers clients the latest security technology at an affordable monthly fee that includes full-service and support throughout the agreement.

  • Hardware—We provide it As-a-Service with life cycle updates which include the latest technology available on the market 

  • Software—All software and licenses including cloud licenses; Amazon Web Services virtual server hosting are included

  • Cloud Storage—For video and configuration backups

  • Maintenance, Support and Training—Proscan Gold Support (remote and onsite) is included for our "SaaS" customer!

  • Updates—Software and firmware updates, from major updates to new features, are included

  • Priority Response—As-a-Service clients have dedicated support from Proscan

  • Remote Health Monitoring—We monitor the health of our clients’ systems to identify trouble often before they are even aware. We then resolve the issue remotely or dispatch an onsite service technician

  • Warranty—Full Lifetime “SaaS” Warranty on all systems
