Cook Convention Center
The Memphis Convention Center is being reimagined with a revolutionary renovation that includes enhancements to the building’s interior and exterior. When complete in the Fall of 2020, the Memphis Convention Center will feature a column-free 118,000 square foot, main exhibit hall, a new exterior concourse and pre-function space, forty six breakout rooms, a secondary flex space that easily converts to a 67,500 square foot ballroom (the largest in the region), and a 28,000 square foot ballroom to host smaller events.
Proscan was chosen to design, implement, and support a comprehensive electronic security solution including video surveillance and access control. This new state-of-the-art convention center in Memphis is long overdue, and Proscan Solutions is excited to be a part of improving the future of Memphis.

Daimler Warehouse
Proscan designed and implemented the physical security systems of Daimler Trucks North American’s 500,000 square foot distribution center in Memphis, and we continue to service their video surveillance, access control, video intercoms, automatic gates, and fencing.
Edge Motor Museum
The Edge Motor Museum, recently opened by Richard Vining, tells the story of American automobile history—a must-see in Memphis! After modernizing the industrial buildings of the dated Wonder Bread Factory, the Edge district has been transformed into one of the most innovative and exciting neighborhoods in Memphis and has attracted a host of unique shops, restaurants, businesses, and more, with the Edge Motor Museum roaring at the heart of it. Proscan turned the wrenches to provide converged technology and security: wired and wireless network, audio/video, alarm system, access control, and video surveillance. Most of the time we do not like playing games when it comes to business, unless we are talking about Games Workshop—the largest and the most successful hobby miniatures company in the world with locations in the UK, United States, Australia, China, and Japan. We are happy to support their North American distribution and retail stores by providing technology and services including IT and networking, video security, access control, and more. Game on!
Hollywood Feed
Hollywood Feed is a fast-growing retailer of pet food and supplies. Their Memphis headquarters is an amazing workplace where employees even bring their dogs to work. Proscan designed and implemented their converged IT and security network: firewalls, network switching, wireless network, video surveillance, monitored alarm system, and access control. We also converted their old warehouse fluorescent lighting to LED, tripling the brightness while cutting energy costs in half. Thank you Shawn McGhee and team!

Nike needs no introduction. Proscan installed and supported physical security for all Nike distribution locations throughout Memphis. When you have great products like Nike does, you require great security to protect it. Proscan took “just do it” to heart and did just that!

Peabody Hotel
The Peabody Hotel is a famous, historic, luxurious hotel located in downtown Memphis. It is known for its beauiful architecture and for the famous Peabody Ducks who grace the lobby daily for a dip in the fountain. The age and architecture of the building created unique challenges for Proscan during our implementation of a new copper and fiber network infrastructure and WiFi Network. Proscan engineers worked with the Peabody team to design and install a cloud managed network capable of supporting the high demands of guest WiFi, TV entertainment, phones, and guest services. We are proud to have the Peabody as a client.
Orpheum Theatre
The Orpheum Theatre, Memphis’s historic and world-renown performing arts center, brings life and culture to the city through both entertainment and educational activities. Proscan had the privilege of installing wireless access points and discreetly camouflaging them in order to preserve the beauty and purity of the elaborate architecture and gilded interior design.
Proscan also configured and implemented the infrastructure design, cabling, and wireless network system for the Orpheum’s accompanying Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education, a 39,000 square foot structure, which serves more than 50,000 students, teachers, and families.
